AESTHETICS AND DESIGN

The design is unique, as this Booster racing muffler is produced in high-quality 0.8 mm steel to ensure ultimate performance on any model of scooter. To respect the geometry, the muffler is made up of more than 18 sections that are hand-welded to each other, and includes a carbon silencer to ensure lightness as well as maximum resistance.

The fastening brackets are produced in AISI316 steel, durable, resistant and easy to clean. This steel is also stainless and does not rust.

This scooter exhaust is developed and tested on the dyno, along with the Athena Ø47.6 mm Big Bore thermal unit with cylinder head for air-cooled, vertical Yamaha/Minarelli engines and the range of Athena accessories specific to these applications, such as air filters, the Big Valve System, the PWK carburetor and the racing driveshaft.

With this configuration, developed entirely by Athena, it is possible to achieve up to 19 HP.

Products destined for competition/sport and used on high-performance or high-speed models are excluded from the guarantee of conformity, except in cases where there is an obvious defect.
